A quick mix of exotic dried fruits, warmed with melon liqueur, makes for a great pick-me-up snack on the trail, or a fun Hawaiian rice dish.
- 3 ounces of melon liqueur
- diced dried fruit mix of your choice
- figs (soaked in wine)
- apricots, cantaloupe, kiwi, pineapple, ect.
Warm up a sauce pan on your camp stove, nice and hot, add the liqueur and add the diced fruit. Quickly warm (don’t burn). Enjoy!
