Quick and easy dessert for backpacking and other off-road and camping adventures.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- salt free pretzels (or salted, if you like)
- sun dried apricots
- chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
Melt your chocolate slowly in a regular pan, stirring gently and consistently, lifting up and down to control the heat. Place the salt free pretzels on a piece of aluminum foil. Spoon a dollop of chocolate on the pretzel, place an apricot on the chocolate, spoon more chocolate over the apricot. Let harden.
Enjoy with your favorite camp beverage.
